Job Description
To lead the Alabang Service team in ensuring that all Service requirements for the branch are fulfilled in a
timely and efficient manner in alignment with all Subaru Technical Standards. To be able to provide
assistance and guidance to all technicians at all times in providing immediate resolution to repair
requirements, delivering Fix Right the First-Time service, increasing Sales and Profit through rendered
services, and achieving excellent and high-quality service to the customers.
