Job Description

To support Quality issue from Market and Customer Claim for All Destination (THI / VIT / MLY / CAM) • Issue and follow up CAR (Corrective Action Request) when finding Non-conformity in completed. • Lead in TCSAT warranty issue (TR / Market Claim) • Drive and Support team for strengthen problem resolution in case of quality problem issue. • Analysis cause of problem to operation and follow up to improvement and preventive action. • Audit quality control of raw materials, packaging components and completed Vehicle to ensure compliance with established specifications and regulatory standards. • Support quality assurance activities for mass production and new model development.
