Job Description
1. To attend customer and maintain service standard to ensure all work is done right at the first time.
2. Ensure all repair job are done to customer needs and explain well to customer on the work carried out.
3. Monitor closely on the jobs and update promptly to customer.
4. Assist in accident reporting and claims.
5. Ensure car cleanliness before deliver to customer.
