Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in DUO Rewards Program Management: Support the management and implementation of the DUO Rewards program, including enrollment, reward redemption, and membership inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of DUO Rewards initiatives. Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Proactively address customer queries, concerns, and feedback related to the DUO Rewards program. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure a high level of satisfaction. Foster Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement with the DUO Rewards program. Plan and execute engaging promotions, events, and campaigns to attract and retain customers. Build Strong Customer Relationships: Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and preferences. Regularly communicate with customers through various channels to keep them informed about program updates, promotions, and exclusive offers. Monitor and Analyze Customer Feedback: Monitor customer feedback and sentiment regarding the DUO Rewards program. Analyze data and insights to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the program. Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to align DUO Rewards initiatives with overall business objectives. Provide input and feedback to support the continuous improvement of the DUO Rewards program
