Job Description

1. Assist in planning events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives. Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success. Ensure the event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur. 2. Submission of national roadshow proposals, costings, and communications plan 3 months ahead of events for clearance with Regional Marketing Team (RMT) and Regional Event Team (RET); custodian of master events calendar annually. 3. Event audits for National Roadshow on Branches and Dealers. 4. Work together with Branch Operation Manager and Branch Managers on all roadshows planning which to be secured minimally 3 months ahead, cruisers and showroom events or Subaru Technology Drives to be 3 months ahead. 5. Communicate with dealers and submit all events inclusive of roadshows, cruisers, showroom events and STDs two months ahead for approval. 6. Getting dealers to submit digital marketing investment by per model, per platform one month ahead. 7. Liaise and manage dealers' expectation on the marketing related matters; such as materials, promotion, support, etc. 8. Tracking of dealer's usage of our creatives, to highlight to RMT any constructive comments from dealers; encourage dealers to use our artworks/videos. 9. Submission of merchandise proposals, costings, and usage breakdown to RMT for approval, in support of all activities nationwide and/or branches and dealers. 10. Assist in sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers on event related, merchandise, and POSM. 11. To manage all Subaru Comms and disseminate out to all media.
