Job Description
-Equip new sales consultants by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance
-Equip existing sales consultants by conducting up to date sales training aligned to latest sales training curriculum
-Conduct regular sales training to equip staff with up-to-date situation
-Determine training needs of sales consultants through observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; dialoguing with sales managers
-Deliver theoretical & role play trainings
-Conduct reviews & analyse training audits findings
-Conduct marketing method and technic to support sales closing
-Travelling is required when necessary
