Job Description
1. To lead Regional Aftersales Warranty Team, and ensure consistency of warranty policies / processes across MIG, including its compliance by Branches and Dealers.
2. To manage overall Warranty operations such as administration of global warranty & recall claim reimbursements and ensure that monthly remittance is received by MIG Distributors, utilization of
WCM/Dealer. AIMS and potential system enhancement to streamline work flows, develop trainings and refresher courses, conduct periodic warranty audit & reporting of potential product liability cases.
3. To support Regional Homologation and Regional VDC in overall operations while reporting to Regional Aftersales DGM.
