Job Description

• Ensure 100% achievement of yearly pullout and retail target for branches and dealers. • To manage day to day operations in the SPC and provide leadership to the team of operations in the area of inbound, outbound and inventory management. • To immediately resolve customer complaints throughout the branches. • Plan and organize local sales and promotion campaigns with local aftersales team. • Maintain a 5-6 mos. stock for SPC and 2 mos. for branches and dealers. • Ensure at least 95% monthly fill rate for branches and dealers. • To make all dealers abide to MI policies and directions.
