Support and work with local countries After-sales manager and SA in achieving target for service in-take and revenues. Work with local after-sales team and together with CS & CE, to enhance current customer service program. Continuously improving local after-sales team capability in handling ASS at service centre with the support of Regional IT. Study, understand thoroughly of ASS and analyze problems faced by local & dealer operations team and fix problem and issue on an ongoing basis. To resolve system issues that dealers are facing when using Dealer ASS and to resolve any system shortfall with further enhancement. Provide training and troubleshooting of ASS and showing full support to all dealers across MI network in gaining dealer confident in using ASS. To oversee the improvement of Job Closing Process in all countries by reducing the cases of unclosed invoice jobs to maintain at 10% monthly Collating & analyzing all aftersales business performance report on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
