The primary role of this position is to perform job planning, distribution and tracking. Available hours are identified based on production line set up, thus this role will tabulate appointment, breakdown and walk in figures on a daily basis. Performs activities to generate and optimize throughput and revenue. This is a permanent role that directly impacts after sales revenue generation towards BP. To control and allocate job to technician. Will also play as a time keeper whom could determine a job completion time to fulfill and satisfy customers request within the stipulated timeline, hence will be a medium of customer communication and service advisor. Ensures workshop safety all the times, liaises with parts assistant by ensuring the right parts are available at the right time and the right place.Grades technician competencies, as engaging with technicians on daily basis allows competency skill identification.
