Job Description

Responsible to perform daily insurance claims intake, assist customer in Accident Reporting, process Insurance Claims as per GIA Motor claim framework. Serve the customer in accordance with TCMS Customer Handling Standard. Perform post purchase follow up to ensure CS is maximized and any loss of use claim is finalized promptly. At times, to assist Service Reception in peak hour intake to reduce customer waiting time.
