Job Description
• Check and Evaluate warranty & recall claims submitted by the Branches.
• Submission of recall claim to SBR Japan.
• Process the Harman & Panasonic Headunit replacement to the supplier.
• Process the return of defective Headunit to the supplier (Harman & Panasonic)
• Process the AVM1 & AVM2 reimbursement invoice to Supplier
• Monitoring of recall parts and availability Branches & Dealers.
• Identifying selling Branches and dealers based on recall vin list.
• Coordinate with Finance Department for the Warranty & Recall Payment for Dealers.
• Process and submit P.O. for the recall and warranty claims Dealers.
• Monitor the warranty and recall disposal list & before & after photo dealers.
• Process the billing for the SSM Subscription Charge Dealers.
• Process Shipping documents for defective parts requested by SBR.
