Job Description
The HR Executive will responsible for daily HR administration activities which include support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests, maintaining all HR records, administering and employee welfare.
While existing HR Senior Executive (Hazrul) will in-charged new tasks assigned such as:
1) Assist superior on the new initiative of methods for hiring, such as walk-in interview at different branches, job fair
2) Assist superior Manager to re-brand HR reputation
3) Managing SLDN allowances (from the government) – together with Academy Department, turning Academy as an Academy center. Running the whole process for the registration until the claiming. If successful, we can claim RM500 per month per selected technicians. In the future, we can plan for external (such as dealers).
4) Assisting superior to handle simple disciplinary issues such as attendance of staff
5) The HR Development Fund claiming (the training levy claiming) – took back the responsibility after Hanim left
6) Handling staff welfare such as annual health screening, assisting superior visit branches, find fitness corporate rate etc
