DUO Rewards is a customer loyalty program by Tan Chong International Limited. Customer Experience Executive plays a vital role in maintaining the CRM program. The responsibility includes strategic planning in upgrading the CRM programme, engage members through e-newsletter and EDM correspondences, manage the website and mobile application, and assist in the planning, setup and execution of events. The role also in charge of managing the cost for new or repeat purchase and keep tabs for all inventories.
