Reach out for new customers and lost customers Respond quotation request timely to meet customers satisfaction. Assist Counter Sales and related service Handle customer's complaint expeditiously. Follow up on customer's back-order and update customer accordingly Any other Ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
