Job Description
1. Market Representation
1.1 Implement dealer development strategies in coordination with other
involved functions: Sales, Marketing etc
1.2 Collect, update and organize all information and data of MIV dealership,
MIV’s branches and competitors' distribution networks
1.3 Analysis of competitive franchise location versus MIV's network
1.4 Maintain an up-to-date dealer directory
1.5 Conduct program implementation with all dealers
1.6 Prepare logistic/admin for Network Team (Filing system, PO,
Demographic Data, claim document, ticket/hotel booking for DD team
traveling…. etc.)
1.7 Be responsible for dealership facility maintenance and improvement in
accordance with Subaru standards.
1.8 Participate in Sales and/or company's activities as required
2. Branch and Dealer Network Expansion/ Restructuring
2.1 Verify and evaluate investors and real estate status for opening new dealers
in developing and potential.
2.2 Provide professional instructions & consultant to qualified candidate for new
dealer set up/existing facility renovation successfully.
2.3 Successfully implement the CI requirements for all dealerships following the
timing plan, including facility standard retaining, vehicles display, etc. and
conduct the periodical check the dealership network.
2.4 Responsible for dealership facility improvement and maintenance in
accordance with Subaru standard.
2.5 Look for local supplier(s) who can supply the construction and decoration
materials at the same quality standards SR & WS but at cheaper prices, then
recommend to new dealers' candidates.
2.6 Prepare documents and organize dealer candidate interviews between
investor(s) and MIV management team (CM and related HODs')
2.7 Work with suppliers and related departments to deploy MIS' SR branch setup project.
