Job Description
Oversee Branch Service Reception and Workshop.
-Monitor daily service intake and sales
- Must improve the overall service performance of Subaru Alabang, and monitor and analyze the branch performance report.
- Will be involved in complex issues and engage in problem-solving as well as making decisions. He will ensure that all necessary shop equipment is in proper and safe working condition.
-Will monitor/evaluate warranty claims especially recalls from SBR.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure that the service customers are satisfied with the performance of the Service department.
- Promote teamwork that increases efficiency and creates harmony within the workplace.
