Job Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives. This involves identifying target audiences, selecting digital channels, and setting performance benchmarks. • Create and manage content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, and other online assets. Ensure that the content is engaging, relevant, and consistent with the brand's voice and messaging. • Oversee the organization's presence on social media platforms, including creating and scheduling posts and monitoring performance metrics. • Coordinate and assist the Region in creating and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on different digital platforms • Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Generate regular reports, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization • Coordinate and assist the Region in overseeing and maintaining the organization's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for conversions. • Monitor online reviews, ratings, and comments to maintain a positive online reputation. Address negative feedback when necessary. • Monitor the digital marketing strategies of competitors and identify opportunities and areas for improvement • Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to remain competitive in the online space.
