Job Description
This post ensures that all employees are informed and complies with the company’s internal policies and bylaws, and partners with the departments in relation to operations compliance which is not limited to laws or regulations, labor laws, and other related requirements. In addition, delivers all labor relations related activities within the organization including the complete cycle of disciplinary procedure in accordance with DOLE regulations, and monitors implementation of the employee engagement activities.
