Job Description
• Ensure the maintenance of the manufacturing BOM list for production.
• Prepare, maintain and improve operation manual / working instruction for assembly processes.
• Ensure and improve cycle time study, manpower mapping & line balancing for the assembly processes.
• Investigate and improve product quality related to the assembly process.
• Ensure the implementation of Engineering Change for assembly process
• Participate in planning, selection, order and buy-off activity of equipment and facilities related to assembly process.
• Control cost for the assembly process and involve in cost reduction activity and continuous improvement.
• Perform others miscellaneous assignments, as assigned by superior related to task.
