Job Description

QC engineer is to -Set up standard operation sheet for all quality gate inspectors following to Subaru specification, Quality Control Chart and other standard. -Trouble shooting when finding non conformity in process. -Root cause analysis and problem solving for all defect which detected at the quality inspection process. -Manage quality sampling inspection for Body, Paint and Assembly shop. -Prepare QP (Quality Procedure), SOS (Standard Operation Sheet) and sampling inspection standard. -Coordinate with each shop process engineers to verify inspection result and follow up improvement activities. -Final DVP Control and Follow up related Shop response -Support new model launch in Tester line and Driving test
