Job Description

Body process quality sampling inspection :Check body quality item follow QCC (Quality control chart) as plan. Such as White body accuracy, White body fitting (Gap/Step), Arc welding bead length, Spot welding quality (include welding macro cut check, Body destruction) , Tighting torque, VIN stamping depth then summary the result and report to superior. Requirement : Can read and understand 2D and 3D Drawing. Can use CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) if PC-DMIS program will be advantage. Can use CMM arm if Polyworks program will be advantage. Can use measurement small tool (Vernier caliper, Micro scope, Etc.) Understand basic English language.
