Job Description
To monitor completion of tasks by AS line managers across the markets to minimize customer effort and improve customer tolerance in order to build rapport / reduce complaints.
Roll-out CS processes and initiatives throughout the MIG following Regional CSCE goals & objectives.
To continually improve the DSU and HUMSUP reports along with preparation of Data Authenticity reports for MIG monthly.
To monitor, check and update MIG DSU e.g TW, HK, PH.
