Job Description

District Sales Manager main responsibility is to manage the Subaru TH Dealers with commitment to achieve the Sales Target and supporting KPIs such as Showroom Traffics, Test Drive, Retail Booking and Retail Delivery. To provide support and guidance to the Dealers in their business plan to increase new car sales in their respective territory and to ensure full compliance to TCST policies. To support network management department with additional responsibility in conducting network audit during field visit.
