Job Description

Lead the delivery of all Academy programs for Branches and Dealerships in order to build the capacity of all Sales, After Sales, and Technical teams by cascading standard product, sales, and technical programs on Subaru products and its related servicing process. Developing and enriching curriculums by providing localized content and real-life value that learners can apply in their roles to be successful in their job. • To maintain a high level of service skills and technical knowledge required in servicing Subaru products. • Continuous development of teaching materials and training aids suitable for the local market based on the resources provided by the Regional Academy. • To continually update teaching methodologies being used to train learners.
