Job Description
The District Sales Manager's main responsibility is to manage and support the showroom operation of the Subaru TH Dealers with a commitment to achieving the wholesale target and supporting KPls such as Showroom Traffic, Test Drive, Retail Booking, and Retail Delivery.
To provide support and guidance to the Dealers in their business plan to increase new car sales in their respective territory and to ensure full compliance with TCST policies.
To update the sales situation and detail insight into the business operation of each dealer under their responsibilities and update TCST management accordingly.
To support the network management department with additional responsibility in conducting network audits during field visits and approach any potential investor to be Subaru dealers in the provinces that they manage.
This position will be provided with a company car and fuel fleet card.
